Rehab Classes

These small group classes provide tailored yoga designed specifically for people recovering from injuries

We take into account specific physical limitations you may have and modify the yoga accordingly. We focus on optimal alignment, core stabilisation and muscular co-contractions to reduce the risk of injuries in specific areas such as shoulders, hips, knees and lower back

Theses classes are ideal for individuals who are keen to participate in yoga but need a little more care and attention in order to achieve their goals

The cost is $150 for a block of 5 classes, payable in advance. If you are unable to attend one of your classes there is no refund however, you may be able to reschedule subject to availability 

Classes are held upstairs at Umbilico, 3/3 Mentmore Ave, Rosebery.  Places are strictly limited and bookings are essential.  Contact us for more details
